How do I place an order?

Browse our collections or use the menu to explore your favourite categories.
Click on any product image to view the details.
Choose your preferred size and quantity, then click “Add to Basket.”
You can access your basket by clicking the icon at the top right of the page.
When you're ready, simply follow the checkout process to complete your purchase.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email – what now?

If you’ve placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, it’s possible your email address was entered incorrectly.

Please get in touch with us via our contact form and we’ll update your order details so you can receive the confirmation.

How do I know if my order went through?

You’ll receive an email confirmation at the address you provided during checkout. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

It can take up to 24 hours. If you’ve checked and still haven’t received anything after that, contact us via our contact form and we’ll help you out.

What if I entered the wrong details?

If you gave incorrect info (like address, email, or phone number), contact us as soon as possible so we can fix it before your order is shipped.

If the order has already left, unfortunately, you may be responsible for any extra delivery costs.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

We know you want your art ASAP, so orders are processed quickly — usually within minutes.

That means we’re often unable to make changes once it’s been placed. But feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best!

Can I cancel my order?

Contact us quickly via our contact form and we’ll do everything we can.

That said, our fulfilment team is fast, so we can’t promise cancellation before dispatch.
